Coniston House
Coniston House is located at Number 19 Grosvenor Square (on the north side, with a south-facing frontage). It is the official Town residence of the Marquess of Coniston, although it has stood empty for several years, owing to the previous Marquess' ill health. Since his death, the new Marquess has come to Town. Among his other reasons for coming, he wishes to put the house into better repair and redecorate, with a view to possibly letting it out when he does not require it.
